Holistic Nutritionist
Working in the restaurant industry for over a decade caused my health to spiral down. Due to chronic stress, I suffered from frequent colds, bloating, gas, migraines, eczema and mood swings. In 2014, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired so I decided to go back to school and learn about nutrition. Upon graduating, I started my own nutrition practice and taught cooking classes.
Personal Chef
During the pandemic, the cooking school I managed shut down so I became a personal chef full-time. I cooked for individuals, couples and families for everyday meals or special occasions. While I enjoyed meal prepping and private dining, teaching is what brought me the most joy. I love seeing people realize that they can cook whatever they want! My mission in life is to spread the joy of cooking!

I believe that everyone should know how to cook, at least the very bare basics. Hence the birth of Holistic Cooking 101. Here I teach you the foundations of cooking anything from scratch. From there, we build upon what you have learned and get more creative as we progress in each course. I hope you will join me in learning how to cook holistically.
