Ana Bella’s background as a Red Seal Chef and Registered Holistic Nutritionist enables her to create nutritiously delicious meals. Her aim is to inspire others to live a healthy balanced lifestyle by focusing on proper nutrition. She makes personalized menus for each individual’s needs, specializing in dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free cooking.
Chef Ana Bella is a “fee plus” Personal Chef Service. This means that all prices are based on a chef fee plus the cost of groceries and GST. This allows personalized menu options to suit your taste and budget.

How it Works:
Step 1: Consultation
15-Minute Complimentary Phone Consultation to assess your needs and see if we are the right fit. Here we will discuss your food preferences, dietary requirements, restrictions and any nutrition goals and health concerns you may have.
Step 2: Personalized Meal Plan
Chef Ana Bella creates a personalized menu based on your preferences and nutritional needs. She will then send it via email for your approval.

Step 3: Grocery Shopping
Chef Ana Bella goes grocery shopping for you on the same day she cooks. This provides you with the freshest ingredients and the highest nutritional value from fruits and veggies.
**Groceries are an additional charge which can range between $100-$220 depending on your personalized menu
Step 4: Cooking and Cleanup
All meals are prepared in your home; depending on your personalized menu, this typically takes between 4-6 hours. Your food will be labelled and stocked in your fridge ready to eat! Chef Ana Bella will leave your kitchen as clean as, or even cleaner than, how she found it.
**There is an option to use containers you have on hand, disposable meal prep containers or new pyrex 3-cup storage containers.
Step 5: Eat & Enjoy!
All that is left now is for you to pick which meal to eat that day, reheat and enjoy!
